The clinical study

Where?

Two medical centers in

Italy and Israel

Subjects

Men aged 18-60 in stable relationships

The purpose of the study

The purpose of the study was to test how safe and effective the electrical stimulation device was for delaying ejaculation.

How was it conducted?

Subjects which were diagnosed with PE were allocated (randomized) to two groups:

  • The first group (called Active Group) tried the "real" device which used electrical stimulation to delay ejaculation.
  • The second group (called Sham Group) used a device which gave them a feeling of electrical stimulation, but it wasn't really doing anything to boost their muscle contractions and delay ejaculation.

Participants did not know to which group they were allocated to, as all devices were visually identical and generated similar sensations.

The increase in IELT (intravaginal ejaculatory latency time) in the Active group was 3.25 times higher than in the Sham group.
Almost 75% of participants in the Active group reported of significant sense of improvement in overall experience.

Approximately half of the subjects reported of an increase in orgasmic intensity. However, this increase was not found to be statistically significant.
The adverse events rate was 1.08%, without any need for further treatment.

In my opinion, in2 is more practical than numbing sprays and creams.

There's none of that bathroom routine before sex, getting the timing right, and washing it off so we don't numb our partners and all of that. And there aren't the side effects of SSRI medication either. And partners don't mind the device at all. It doesn't ruin the moment.

Serving as a Principal Investigator in the clinical study, I received feedback from more than 30 patients. The majority had a positive experience and appreciated in2 for delaying ejaculation, being able to use the device spontaneously /on-demand, maintaining full genital sensations and ease of use. This device has the potential of being a long-term option for management of PE.

Serving as a Principal Investigator in the clinical study, most of the patients were very satisfied with the effect of prolonging the intercourse without the numbing effect that many popular solutions cause. in2 not only enhanced their sexual experience on a physical level, but the men also gained more confidence and satisfaction in their intimate relations.

Of the men who tested in2, the majority had a positive experience for being able to have spontaneous and prolonged intercourse without loss of genital sensitivity. The device proved to be very safe (no adverse events were reported), easy to use, and has the potential of being a first-line.
